Alex McLennan

Our core team consists of Alex McLennan, Project Manager and Helen Jakeways, Business Manager.

Alex has over fifteen years of experience working on complex projects with unusual design, construction and fit-out requirements. He has an excellent understanding of both design and construction processes and adds real value to design problem-solving discussions, especially where budgets are tight and practical and realisable solutions are needed to meet project and programme requirements. 

Helen is a management and business development consultant with over twenty years of experience working with a diverse range of organisations and individuals across sectors.  She brings a client focussed approach to all the projects we are involved with and ensures that everyone has all the information they need in order to keep activities on track. 

The scope of our work has included major civil engineering and town square landscaping as well as construction for new build and refurbishment projects.  Fit-out elements have included working with specialist suppliers and installers of mechanical and engineering, IT, audio visual, lighting and stage engineering systems.   

We have an excellent track record of working closely with and co-ordinating the activities of consultants and contractors.  We pride ourselves on our open approach to making things happen whilst maintaining control of decision-making processes in order to meet the expectations of our clients.
