Alex McLennan (Post Grad Dip Proj Man (RICS))

Alex has spent over 25 years working on creative projects and the last 15 years working on construction projects with complex design and build requirements.  He is an Associate of The Association of Project Management, an Associate of the Association of British Theatre Technicians and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.  He cares passionately about the work we do and has a detailed understanding of both design and construction processes.  He brings imaginative cost saving solutions to the table when working with clients and design teams.  Alex has an excellent track record of implementing planned and controlled approaches to the delivery of successful construction projects ranging in value from £250K to £30m.

Helen Jakeways (BA Hons Performing Arts Management)

Helen is a management and business development consultant with over twenty years of experience working with a diverse range of organisations including small voluntary creative groups, public sector providers, HEIs and international corporate companies on a variety of business improvement and strategic planning projects.  Helen brings a client focussed approach to all the projects we are involved with and ensures that everyone has all the information they need in order to keep activities on track.
