A project consultancy collaboration with David Beaumont to support the client and Charcoal Blue in the analysis of operational requirements and production of a brief and project execution plan for the new Theatre.
McLennan and David Beaumont worked closely with the client on the development of the new building for Theatre Peckham to be sited at the old Havil Hall, with an estimated completion date planned for the end of 2016. The new build will incorporate a 200 seat theatre and two studio spaces.
